Description
Please see attachment labeled Questions. This answers questions that have been asked regarding the solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15BCTS25Q00000019 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources that have the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance use disorder, mental health, and sex offender treatment services for male and female Adults in Custody (AICs) residing at the local Residential Re-entry Center (RRC) and on home confinement in Detroit, MI. Simplified acquisition procedures are being used and anticipated award date is October 1, 2026. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621420, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000. The product or service code is G004.
