SECTION A SOLICITATION INFORMATION This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial secure electronic data interchange (EDI) clearinghouse services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR 12.603. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested in response to this notice, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted pursuant to the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, and is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) in accordance with HHSAR Subpart 326.6. Small Business Size Standard: $40 million (average annual receipts) Content of Quotation Submission: To be considered for award, quoters shall submit the following by the quotation due date and time specified in this solicitation: Volume I Technical Capability Volume II Past Performance (Attachment 1 Past Performance Survey) Volume III Price (Attachment 2 Pricing Schedule) Completed Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation, if applicable Signed Standard Form (SF) 1449, including any solicitation amendments, if applicable Question Submission: Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted no later than August 31, 2026 at 03:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST).
