The system must include a controller and perpetual workstation-bound software capable of generating custom protocols. Delivery is required within 30 days of award to the FDA White Oak Campus in Silver Spring, Maryland, with installation completed within 90 days of delivery. Installation includes placement, leveling, electrical connections, computer/workstation setup, software installation, calibration, system verification, operational qualification testing, and installation qualification documentation. On-site operator training for up to three personnel is required. The Government has identified the Agilent Technologies Bravo Automated Liquid Handling Platform as a product that meets the requirement.
