Description

The 316th Contracting Squadron (CONS) has a requirement to obtain preventative maintenance and inspection (PMI) services for approximately twenty-four (24) Big Ass Fans industrial ceiling fans located in aircraft hangars in support of the 89th Maintenance Group (89 MXG) located at Joint Base Andrews MD. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, and materials to perform annual PMI in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A key requirement is that all technicians performing services must hold a current, active "Factory-Certified" or "Factory-Trained" credential directly from the manufacturer (Big Ass Fans) or an authorized partner. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance), with a corresponding small business size standard of $12.5 million. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract consisting of one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.
