Description

The 410th CSB RCO-Miami in support of USSOUTHCOM is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and technical expertise necessary to deliver a fully operational command and control workspace consisting of approximately 165 total specialized, ergonomic sit-to-stand workstations across three distinct facility areas at USSOUTHCOM in Doral, FL. The scope of work includes comprehensive CAD space-planning, layout design, and professional phased installation. All proposed hardware must be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) and NDAA Section 889 compliant, certified to ANSI/BIFMA X5.5 standards, and backed by a minimum 10-year warranty for continuous 24/7 multi-shift usage. Interested parties, including small businesses of all socio-economic categories, are requested to submit a capability statement of no more than ten pages addressing their past performance, technical capabilities, and product compliance by 10:00 AM EST on August 13, 2026, to Contract Specialist Sonia Boppell (sonia.m.boppell.civ@mail.mil) and Lian Pinzon (lian.pinzon.civ@mail.mil).
