***Amendment 0001 is issued to update the applicable Service Contract Labor Standards for the project. Reference the amendment document for full details.***FY26 Grand Haven Landscaping. The purpose of this project is to provide landscaping services for the USACE Grand Haven Area Office. The Contractor shall mow the lawn area, trim and blow off walkways and parking lot on a weekly basis between April 1 and November 30. In addition, the Contractor shall edge walkways, apply fertilizer and broadleaf weed and grub control to the lawn area, perform spring and fall cleanup of property, prune shrubs, maintain flower beds and place shredded bark in the flower beds.
