Description

a. The project is to demolish modular Building 8 in its entirety. Building 8 is an approximately 3,840 SF building built in 1978 and consists of (4) single-wide trailers joined together. The building was previously used as administrative office space and later storage for seeds in bags. It also contains restroom facilities. All interior components including but not limited to walls, ceilings, flooring, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) fixtures, casework, restroom fixtures, and any remaining contents shall be fully demolished, removed from the location, and disposed of in a proper, legal manner.
