Instruction and commissioning for Lifepak CR2 units and mobile data transmission A detailed description of the requested Lifepak CR2 and services can be found by in the link listed in the Attachments/Links section. The Lifepak CR2 units must meet all relevant German and EU specifications. For certification and regulatory reasons, the Lifepak CR2 units must be delivered directly from a German provider. The products and services must be delivered to the U.S. General Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany no later than 90 days after receipt of the order. The price quoted in the bid must include delivery and VAT as follows: The seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the buyer s premises in Frankfurt. Offers within Germany must contain a VAT of 19%. All offerors must possess authorization to operate and do business in Germany. If providing the products and services through subcontractors, offerors must state the subcontractor in the quote and show that the subcontractor has also obtained authorization to operate in Germany.
