Description

FERC would like to purchase maintenance and support for Flame Acceleration Simulator (FLACS), with a base and 2 (two) optional years. Please provide a quote to include one-year base period, along with 2 one-year option periods (if available). If a user/license agreement is required, please submit it along with the quote. All questions are due no later than 7/27/2026, at 1:00pm (EST), to Trey Hair, at trey.hair@ferc.gov, via email only. Quotes are due no later than 1:00pm (EST), on 7/30/2026 via email only at Trey.hair@ferc.gov.
