The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Level 1 Bar, Hexagon in accordance with attached documents. NOTE: OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE THE ATTACHED RFQ, SPMYM325Q9017, and submit quotations via email to: tasha.dooley@dla.mil and DLA-KME-QUOTATIONS@DLA.MIL. All quotes shall include price(s), manufacturer information (if not quotating as manufacturer), FOB Point, Cage Code, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, and business size under the NAICS code. *If selecting GCPC as the preferred method of payment, please be advised that per DFARS 232.7002, a receiving report MUST be entered into WAWF. Please note that the Government's terms for payment for this requirement are Net 30 Days AFTER acceptance of material.
