This request is to procure Evidence Collection Equipment, Supplies, and Services. This solicitation incorporates some provisions and clauses by reference. The FBI intends to award one (1) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) single award contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01. This requirement will be awarded on an all-or-none basis as a commercial product under the procedures at FAR Part 12.
