Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation, Professional Services Acquisition Unit is issuing theis Request for Quotation to solicit to all interested parties who can provide copyrighted legal access to audiovisual materials and motion pictures to be used in training programs by FBI personnel throughout all divisions and field offices, This solicitation is issued for the purpose of entering into a single, fixed price agreement for a one (1) year term of service of providing the use and access of motion picture and other audiovisual media specifically for training purposes. This Request for Quotation is an unrestricted solicitation. All Inquiries/Questions about this solicitation shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer, Shayla Cooper, by 12:00PM EST on Monday, July 15, 2019. Inquiries and questions shall be submitted to the following email address: sscooper@fbi.gov. All Quotations shall be received by the Contracting Officer no later than 12:00PM EST on Monday, July 22, 2019 via the following email address: sscooper@fbi.gov. Please see the attached formal Synopsis/Solicitation for more information and instructions on how to respond to this solicitation. Please see Attachment 3 - Statement of Work specifically for more information about the requirement. **ATTENTION: All Questions submitted and the Answers provided for the questions have been compiled into a pdf document that is now attached to this announcement. Please see the document labeled "Attachment 4_Questions_Answers". ** **ATTENTION: The response time for this solicitation has been extended.
