Under this notice, the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District (USACE) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the acquisition of COMMUNICATION SKILLS WORKSHOP GREAT LAKES LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TIER II. COMPETITION FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. AN OFFEROR MUST BE HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT WHEN PLACING AN OFFER/QUOTATION PACKAGE FOR THIS ACQUISITION.
