Description

This IDIQ DB/DBB MACC is for design and construction of new construction, renovation/modernization, and routine repair/maintenance projects at various U.S. Government installations in the Okinawa region, Japan. Work will be specified in each task order and may include, but is not limited to, office renovation, building demolition, built-in equipment repair/replacement, piping repair/replacement, pipe lagging, electrical work, mechanical work, road pavement, fencing, erosion & washout repairs, piers, wharves, dredging of canals, Entry Facilities Controls, roofing, painting, site work, removal and disposal of lead-based paint and asbestos containing material, welding, and masonry in the Okinawa operational area. The minimum guarantee applies only to the base period and was addressed through the issuance of the first Task Order under this contract in the amount of JPY 1,000,000 or $6,647.10 based on the FY26 Budget Exchange Rate (BER) of USD/JPY = 150.4415.
