Description/Dimension/Material: The valve maintains a minimum pressure level in the main fuel system. This item is composed of predominantly Material Group 12 and 17 in Technical Order 00-25-113-F100-ENG NSN Noun Dimensions Material NSN: 2915-01-230-9488 P/N: 4062056 Valve, Fuel Pressurizer Length: 6.3000In Width: 6.3000In Height: 10.5000In Weight: 1.9000lB Predominantly Material Group 12 and 17 in Technical Order 00-25-113-F100-ENG 7. Quantity: 8 EA 8. Required Delivery: Delivery varies by CLIN. a. 7 Units on or before 23 Aug 2027 b. 1 Unit on or before 28 Feb 2029 9. Destination: DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma 10. AMC: 3 / B 11. History: Previous Contract FA8121-20-P-0003, awarded on 03 Apr 2020 12. First Article Test: Newly approved sources are subject to First Article Testing 13. Set-Aside: Sole Source 14. Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price 15. Options: No 16. FMS: Yes 17. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to the close of the solicitation to be considered for award. To be eligible for contract award, the offeror must be an approved source IAW FAR 52.209-1, Qualification Requirements. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed as a possible source for future awards. a. If you have a PKI Certificate, the SAR can be sent directly to the POC email addresses below via DoD SAFE. If you do not have a PKI Certificate, then you must send a standard email message to the POC email addresses below and ask that they "Request a Drop-Off" to your email address via DoD SAFE, which will enable you to be able to Upload the SAR Submission Package documents to DoD SAFE. 29SCMS.SASPO.Workflow@us.af.mil and stacy.cochran@us.af.mi 18. Export Control: No 19. Mandatory Language: All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Offerors must be an approved, qualified source prior to the solicitation closing date to be considered for award. 20. Item Unique Identification (IUID): If unit price exceeds $5,000.00, then IUID requirements will apply. 21. Ombudsman: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from Offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interested parties are invited to call the Ombudsman at (405) 736-3273. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER FOR SOLICITATION REQUESTS. 22. Other Information: Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Hardcopies of the solicitation will not be sent from this office. The solicitation will be available for download only at www.beta.sam.gov. 23. Contract Funding: Release of Solicitations in Advance of Funding Availability Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
