Description
The 377th Mission Support Group Contracting Office, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source purchase order to National Safety Council (cage code 81484), 1121 SPRING LAKE DR, ITASCA, IL 60143 USA. The Department of the Air Force (DAF), Air Force Safety Center (AFSEC), requires DAF-wide access to select National Safety Council (NSC) standard and professional safety training for DAF safety professionals in accordance with DAFI 91-202 (DAF Mishap Prevention Program). The DAF requires a corporate safety membership allowing DAF-wide networking, access to ANSI standards through a Learning Management System (LMS), unlimited access to online webinars, professional development courses/seminars, and continuous tracking of members Continuing Education Units (CEU). Coverage will include a base period of 12 months and three option years for renewal and must be able to provide safety membership to 91 DAF and 164 Air National Guard personnel. Code for supplies NAICS (813920) / PSC (R799) This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by RFO 12.2. The anticipated award date is 31 July 2026. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A Sole Source Justification Letter will be posted with the presolicitation notice to Award Sole Source IAW RFO 5.101. The closing date for this notice is 6 July 2026 at 2:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time.
