U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 15 May 2026 Solicitation W9127N26QA090 is for the purchase/delivery of one (1), duplex package of two separate, two-stage, reciprocating air compressors, mounted together as a single unit on a horizontal air receiver tank. This duplex, high-pressure compressor is part of the small capital upgrade of the governor accumulator auto air admission system at Lookout Point Dam. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% small business set aside, under NAICS Code: 333912 Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The Government shall not be responsible for the cost of shipping.
