Description

Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to serve as notification that solicitation FA527025R0017 - REPAIR CRACKS AND SPALLS, B43421, has been canceled. No other changes at this time Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is as follows: A) Revise the proposal validity period to 69 calendar days. Block 13d is hereby changed to reflect this. B) Amend Section L regarding financial statements. The requirement to submit financial statements with the proposal is removed. Financial statements may be requested later to determine responsibility per FAR 9.104-1. C) Amend Sections L and M regarding past performance. The requirement for Past Performance Questionnaires is removed. Offerors will now submit CPAR information for recent and relevant projects. The PPQ attachment has been removed to reflect this change. D) Amend Sections L and M regarding proposal summary and table of contents. The requirement for a concise summary and master table of contents for the entire proposal is removed. E) A Bid Guarantee is no longer required and reflected in block 13b. F) Removal of clause FAR 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee. G) No other changes at this time. NOTE: Refer to Sections L and M for further details on proposal submission changes. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to change Section M, from a minimum of three (3) years to five (5) years of past performance. No other terms or conditions have been altered to the solicitation. Original Post: Repair cracks and spalls on concrete walls, beams, columns, roof, floor slab, and eaves. Repair to install concrete jackets to columns along gridlines. Repair to restore integrity of steel members that deteriorated due to corrosion, and replace steel members where material loss exceed 10% of the original thickness. Apply Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) to canopy beams. Demolish existing ceiling tiles and install new tiles. Remove and reinstall electrical and other fixes to facilitate repair works as needed. Paint areas that are subjected to repair work and restore original appearance. Demolish and dispose waste material as appropriate. Abate and dispose Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and Lead-Based Paint (LBP). Sustainable principles, to include life cycle cost-effective practices, will be integrated into the design, development, and construction of the project in accordance with UFC 1-200-02. Construction activities may commence after the approval of the Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) and AF Form 103 (work clearance). The Contractor shall coordinate on-site safety requirements through the 718th Civil Engineer Squadron (718 CES).Proposals must be submitted no later than 23 July 2025, 1400 (2:00pm) JST.
