Description

Army Contract Command - Redstone Arsenal, Technology Development Directorate Aviation, located in Fort Eustis, Virginia, intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order on a sole source basis to Immix Technology, Inc. (Cage Code 3CA29), located at 844 Westpark Dr, STE 200, Mc Lean, VA, 22102-5112, for the procurement of support services for annual licenses for PTC Creo, Windchill, and Arbortext. The period of performance of the purchase order will be twelve (12) months from the date of award. The anticipated award date is 17 September 2026. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) Soliciting from a Single Source. A justification to not compete this acquisition has been properly executed and is included with this notice. The justification addresses the requirements of FAR 5.207(c)(15), reason for lack of competition. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 513210, Software Publishers, associated size standard is $47,000,000.00. The PSC is 7A21 IT Telecom- Business Application (Perpetual License Software).
