Description

Notice to Offerors (Availability of Funds): Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates that funds will become available prior to award. This action has been initiated on the Government's anticipated requirement and is subject to the availability of funds. The Government incurs no obligation by issuing this solicitation. Project Description: The 434th Contracting Squadron at Grissom AFB, IN, requires a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and testing for the complete, turnkey installation of six (6) dedicated electrical circuits in Buildings 427 and 671. The scope includes four (4) 240V/208V 30A circuits and two (2) 125V 15A circuits to support new server and communications equipment. The Period of Performance is September 1, 2026 September 30, 2026. Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit is mandatory to verify panel compatibility and site conditions. Date/Time: July 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST. Location: Grissom AFB, IN (Bldgs 427 & 671). RSVP: Vendors must email cedric.roberts@us.af.mil to RSVP to receive base access instructions, and shall e-mail christopher.duncan.23@us.af.mil to initiate a Visit Request to enter a secure room. The contractor's company shall also have completed the CMMC Level 2 (Self) certification in SPRS prior to attending the site visit. Failure to attend will render your quote ineligible for award. Critical Schedule (Hit Times): Solicitation Posted: July 23, 2026 Mandatory Site Visit: July 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST Contractor Questions Due: August 4, 2026 (Submit via email) Government Answers Posted: August 7, 2026 Solicitation Closes: August 14, 2026 Mandatory Cybersecurity Requirement (CMMC): To be eligible for award, contractors must have a current, active CMMC Level 2 (or equivalent NIST SP 800-171) assessment completed and posted in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Quotes from vendors without an active SPRS record at the time of submission will be immediately rejected. Submission Instructions: Please review the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) for full technical specifications and Section L quoting instructions. Submit all quotes directly to cedric.roberts@us.af.mil prior to the closing date.
