Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). This presolicitation notice is issued in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 5.101. The notice provides the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Research, Education, and Economics (REE), Agricultural Research Service s (ARS) intent to award a sole-source contract pursuant to RFO 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. USDA-REE-ARS intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to LI-COR, Inc. for LI-COR LI-7810 Trace Gas Analyzer and a LI-COR LI-8250 Multiplexer, along with required accessories including soil gas cable assemblies, T-split tubing, power cabling, and 3-year servicing.
