15 July 2026 - Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W81K0026QA222, the purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions and update Special Terms and Conditions with Access Language, Contractors that do not require Common Access Card Language, and iWatch Training language. Note: one (1) copy of the amendment 0001 must be returned with your proposal with sections 8 and 15 completed. 9 July 2026 - Attached you will find Solicitation W81K0026QA222, please review the solicitation completely before submitting your questions and your proposal. This requirement is for: Delivery of 1,100 pounds of Dry Ice Nuggets (CO2) with insulated containers that will be delivered each week on Thursday between 07:30am c.s.t - 4:00pm c.s.t to the following three (3) locations for a total of 52 weeks for base year and all option periods. The estimated period of performance (PoP) 01 October 2026 30 September 2027 with four (4) 12-month option periods ending 30 September 2031. Three (3) delivery locations: 1) 500 pounds to be delivered to ROBERTSON BLOOD CENTER, Bldg. 2250, 761st Tank Battalion Ave, Fort Hood, Texas 76544. 2) 500 pounds to be delivered to CARL R. DARNAL ARMY MEDICAL CENTER (CRDAMC), Building 36065, Room 42-415, Specimen Processing, 2nd Floor, 590 Medical Center Road, Fort Hood, Texas 76544 3) 100 pounds to be delivered to DPM-ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, Bldg. 36045, Intersection of Wratten and Old Railhead Drive, Fort Hood, Texas 76544. ** Provide dry ice (CO2) which is solidified carbon dioxide (CO2). Distinct from regular ice, which exists at temperatures of 32F (0C) and below, dry ice is extremely cold, 109F (-79C). Unlike water ice, dry ice does not melt. Instead, it sublimates (changes directly from solid to gas), releasing CO2. Carbon dioxide vapor is substantially heavier than air.
