Description

The objectives of this contract are to obtain services to (i) improve standardized laboratory procedures to detect biothreat agents, arboviruses, and antibiotic resistant organisms from contrived, environmental, zoonotic or patient samples, (ii) develop detailed consensus genomes for an expanded subset of regional pathogens of concern, and (iii) provide bioinformatic platform to identify novel emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases in the region in samples collected as part of the NAMRU INDO PACIFIC Biosurveillance program.
