89 AW HQ Water Bottle Stations (Updated)

The 89th AW requests the professional installation of three bottle-less water refill stations with integrated drinking fountain bubblers, along with the removal of three existing water stations. Additionally, a one-year warranty and filter replacements upon request are requested. *Amendment 01 (7/27/2026) - The Government will offer a site visit scheduled tentatively for the 30th of July at 10:00 am. In order to attend this site visit you must have base access. If you require an escort, you need to possess a valid ID and make arrangements to be at the visitor center by 9:30 am. Confirmation of the attendees' names and the number of personnel attending will need to be submitted to Dennis Early at dennis.early.2@us.af.mil , and will be due by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday. All details are in the updated 89 AW HQ Water Stations combo. *Amendment 02 (8/3/2026) - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response due date to the 7th of August at 10:00 am. As well as an update to the CLIN structure to ensure clarity on the amount of stations needed, as well as clarifying the amount of maintenance needed for this requirment. See PWS update.
