****Please refer to attachment 1, Solicitation - 38 RQS Free Fall Training for the full text, clauses, and complete requirements.**** 38 RQS Free Fall Training (FA483026Q0054) The 38th Rescue Squadron (RQS) at Moody AFB requires a 5-day training support package for canopy control and relative flight operations. Quotes are due electronically by 9:00 AM EST on July 23, 2026. Contracting Officer: 1st Lt Nasir Smith, nasir.smith.1@us.af.mil, 229-257-3226 Contract Specialist: SSgt Maximos Ramirez, maximos.ramirez@us.af.mil, 229-257-4712 Requirement Overview: Scope of Work: The contractor must provide aviation support, dropzone access, securing rigging facilities, and certified rigging personnel. 38th RQS Pararescuemen (PJs) will conduct the internal academic and tactical instruction. Period of Performance: August 3 August 7, 2026 (5 Days). Location: A contractor-provided facility and dropzone within an 8-hour drive from Moody AFB, GA. Locations outside this radius are permitted, but Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) travel costs will be factored into the evaluated price. Acquisition Strategy: This is a 100% Small Business set-aside under PSC U006 and NAICS code 611699 (size standard $16.5 million). Evaluation Method: Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), evaluating Price, Technical Acceptability (via a submitted Statement of Work), and Past Performance.
