Description

The U.S. Maritime Administration's (MARAD) Office of Marine Financing (OMF) intends to establish a pre-qualified pool of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to provide independent, third-party financial and economic analyses in support of the Federal Ship Financing Program (Title XI), authorized under 46 U.S.C. Chapter 537. IFAs will evaluate the economic soundness of projects proposed for Government-guaranteed loans under the Title XI program. Interested parties are invited to review the attached notice in its entirety and submit a response in accordance with the instructions provided.
