The National Institutes of Health, Office of the Director on behalf of the National Institute of Aging (NIA) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order for brand name or equal Multiplexed precision proteomics immunoassay panel for neurological disease biomarkers and bulk reagents that are compatible with the ARGO HT System. Description of requirement: Neurodegenerative disease research is complicated by a high degree of clinical heterogeneity and the prevalence of co-pathologies. The identification of clinically relevant biomarkers for neurological disorders is critical in the development of better tools for diagnosis, disease progression, and prediction of therapeutic outcomes. NIA requires a brand name or equal NULISAseq Neuro 220 Panel to provide comprehensive coverage of the hallmarks of neurodegenerative disease with highly sensitive and specific multiplexed analysis of 220 biomarkers using only 25 ?L of sample, providing researchers with an automated solution to dissect disease heterogeneity, uncover co-pathologies, and identify signatures of disease prognosis, progression, and therapeutic response in clinical cohorts.
