Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 75N98026Q01166 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for brand name or equal multiplexed precision proteomics immunoassay panel for neurological disease biomarkers and bulk reagents. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The National Institutes of Health, Office of the Director on behalf of the National Institute of Aging (NIA) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order for brand name or equal Multiplexed precision proteomics immunoassay panel for neurological disease biomarkers and bulk reagents that are compatible with the ARGO HT System. This acquisition is conducted as full and open for a commercial product or commercial services and is conducted pursuant to FAR 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 dated March 13, 2026. NIA requires the following brand name or equal items: NULISAseq Neuro 220 Panel. Qty. 7; NULISA 10X Wash Buffer. Qty. 2. See the attached Purchase Description Attachment 1. Description of requirement: Neurodegenerative disease research is complicated by a high degree of clinical heterogeneity and the prevalence of co-pathologies. The identification of clinically relevant biomarkers for neurological disorders is critical in the development of better tools for diagnosis, disease progression, and prediction of therapeutic outcomes. NIA requires a brand name or equal NULISAseq Neuro 220 Panel to provide comprehensive coverage of the hallmarks of neurodegenerative disease with highly sensitive and specific multiplexed analysis of 220 biomarkers using only 25 ?L of sample, providing researchers with an automated solution to dissect disease heterogeneity, uncover co-pathologies, and identify signatures of disease prognosis, progression, and therapeutic response in clinical cohorts. See the attached Purchase Description Attachment 1 for the required salient characteristics and details. Delivery shall be made within 30 days after receipt of Order. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
