The information gathered from this request for information (RFI) is for planning purposes only. The Government is not obligated, nor shall it pay for, any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The Miami VA Health System is seeking business concerns capable of providing the Miami VA Medical Center Facility address listed below: Bruce W. Carter VA Medical Center 1201 N.W. 16th Street Miami, Florida, 33125 The contractor shall furnish Professional Services to provide comprehensive drone-power washing of all exterior services of the South and East Towers to include all windows and power washing of all surfaces below the towers. Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials and purified rinse water. Use eco-friendly and safe cleaning agents suitable for the exterior surfaces to be cleaned. Ensure proper disposal of wastewater and any cleaning residues in accordance with environmental regulations. All power washing services to be performed in a manner that minimizes disruption to the Miami VAMC and to be completed after normal business hours to include nights and weekends. No additional information is available at this time. Firms with interest and capability to include, Federal Schedule Contract Holders, Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUB Zone Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, and Women-Owned Small Business Concerns and all other business types and sizes may respond by submitting a qualifications letter stating the following information: Name Capability Statement (to include the Counties/Locations of interest) DUNS # and SAM UEI # Info Type of business (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, etc.) Contact person-name-e-mail and telephone number Responses to this source sought notice shall be sent via E-mail to be received no later than 3:00 PM EST- (1500) August 4, 2026.
