Description

The Piegan LPOE Port has water accumulation under the main port building that needs to be mitigated. This will be accomplished by the installation of French drain system around the perimeter of the building foundation footings. French drains once installed will empty into contractor supplied sump pumps to collect water to be pumped out into the storm drain system. A new vapor barrier will be installed to damper any ground source water evaporation from occurring under the building.
