Description

DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this contract is to provide Catholic Music Director in support of the Catholic faith community services. The Contractor shall provide services outlined in the attached Statement of Work. TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This RFQ will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and is the most advantageous to the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is NAICS 813110 covers establishments that operate religious organizations or administer organized religion, including activities that promote religious practices and services. The small business size standard is no greater than $13 million. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition is a 100% Women Owned Small Business set-aside. REGISTRATIONS: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation. QUESTIONS: Please submit any questions relating to this solicitation in writing no later than 10 July 2026 at 12:00 PM CDT. Questions shall be emailed to the Points of Contact listed below. The anticipated deadline for the answers amendment to be posted is 17July 2026 by 12:00 PM CDT. If there are no questions submitted there will not be an answers amendment. Quotes are due 30 July 2026 by 12:00PM CDT.
