03 December 2025 Clarification: The purpose of Amendment 0003 to Solicitation W519TC-25-R-A005 is to provide the following clarification. The font, text size, and margin requirements established in Section L.1 General Instructions do not apply to Work Sample submissions, including the Attachment 0020 Project Reference Template. 20 November 2025 Update: Amendment 0002 has been posted to Solicitation W519TC-25-R-A005 to extend the closing date to 08 December 2025 at noon central, provide answers to all questions received in response to this solicitation, and provide updates to the solicitation and attachments. The U.S. Government does not intend to respond to additional questions prior to submission of proposals. 24 October 2025 Update: Amendment 0001 has been posted to Solicitation W519TC-25-R-A005 extending the closing date to 01 December 2025. Please see the attached amendment for more information. Original Post 24 September 2025: The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Joint Munitions Command, hereby issues solicitation W519TC-25-R-A005 for the operation, maintenance, and modernization of the Hawthorne Army Depot (HWAD) beginning in calendar year 2026. HWAD is a Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) facility located in Hawthorne, Nevada that provides Supply Depot Operations (SDO), including storage, receipts, and issues, as well as demilitarization of munitions. HWAD is the largest Army Depot in the Organic Industrial Base and the only GOCO with demilitarization capability. In addition to SDO and demilitarization of munitions, the operating contractor will be required to operate, maintain, and modernize equipment and facilities, as well as provide numerous base support operations (e.g., environmental, fire protection, safety, security). The closing date for Phase I proposal submission is 12:00 pm (noon) CST on 27 October 2025.When submitting questions, please submit all questions in an Excel spreadsheet and refer to the specific document of the solicitation, including solicitation section(s), page(s), and paragraph(s). All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted to John Fotos at john.g.fotos.civ@army.mil and Ashley Korves at ashley.m.korves.civ@army.mil no later than 12:00 pm (noon) CST on 02 October 2025.
