Description

Amendment 2 is issued to provide responses to offeror questions and to incorporate the previously omitted Drawing Sheet 28 into the solicitation. **************** Amendment 1 changes the Procurement Specialist to Dustin Hansrote. and extends the questions due date and proposal due date. **************** FermiForward is seeking qualified contractors to perform monthly and annual inspection, testing, and reporting services for Fermilab s cathodic protection systems. The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, calibrated equipment, and required documentation to inspect underground natural gas piping cathodic protection systems, impressed current stations, rectifiers, and associated components. Services include system measurements, condition assessments, routine minor maintenance, deficiency notifications, and comprehensive inspection reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
