Description
UPDATED 9/2/2026 - Attached: Questions and Resposes and Amended Solicitation Attached. Quotations now due 9/10/26 1:00PM. The U.S. Census Bureau (USCB) is soliciting quotations from qualified small-business concerns for the lease, replacement, installation, configuration, maintenance, support, and environmentally responsible removal and disposal of multifunction printing devices (MFDs) at six regional offices located in Atlanta, Georgia; Chicago, Illinois; Denver, Colorado; Los Angeles, California; New York, New York; and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The USCB s existing fleet of multifunction devices is approaching end-of-life. The purpose of this acquisition is to modernize the fleet and provide reliable, secure, high-volume multifunction printing and scanning capabilities to support mission-critical operations. The requirement includes commercially available MFDs provided through a lease arrangement, along with associated services including delivery, installation, network and security configuration, testing, user transition support, training/orientation, preventative and corrective maintenance, consumables support, warranty support, and removal, data sanitization, recycling, and environmentally responsible disposal of existing equipment. The lease arrangement shall include the MFD equipment and associated support services required for the Government to operate the equipment throughout the applicable lease period. Offerors shall clearly identify all lease costs, equipment costs, service costs, consumables, maintenance, and any other recurring or non-recurring charges included in their quotation. Any applicable end-of-lease requirements, equipment return provisions, residual-value charges, or other lease-related terms shall also be clearly identified. This acquisition is being conducted as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), total small-business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is identified as 532420 Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing . Award will be made to an eligible small-business concern that is active in SAM.gov at the time of award and is otherwise eligible to receive Federal Government contracts. Interested offerors shall submit quotations in accordance with the solicitation instructions and requirements. No telephone calls will be accepted regarding this solicitation. All questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing in accordance with the solicitation. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose quotation conforms to the solicitation requirements and represents the best value to the Government in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.
