Description

Contractor will remove the existing floor and cove base, furnish, and install new flooring and cove base at bldg 642 in selected areas. This requirement will follow procedures for the CONUS Carpet II Program. Contractors are required to source material quotes and orders from Tier I Contractors attached. A site visit will be held for this solicitation. Please see PWS and Addendum attachments for more information. Amendment 01 (Dated 08/10/2026): Added updated PWS to include Luxury Vinyle Tile (LVT). Extend offer due date to 17 August 2026. Amendment 02 (Dated 8/12/2026): Add attachment "B1255 B642 Site Visit - Sign-In Sheet" Add attachment "RFI Answers - CONS Flooring" Add attachments for Tier I Contractor pricing.
