Scope The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, FL, (NSWC PCD) has a requirement for Testing and Evaluation (T&E) for electromagnetic interference per MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-1399 Section 407 requirements on three (3) Commercially Available Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Under Breathing Apparatus (UBA). Requirement 1. Test Plan (CDRL A001) - See SOW 2. Optional Test Events with Test Report a). Option 1 (T&E: MIL-STD-461:RE101, RE102, RS101 and RS103) (CDRL A002) - See SOW b). Option 2 (T&E: MIL-STD-1399: SECTION 407) (CDRL A003) - See SOW 3. Government Furnished Property (GFP) (CDRL A004) ***Please Submit Your Quote According to the Format Provided in the Attached Spreadsheet*** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Email subject line must include Solicitation Number and Vendor Name at beginning of subject line. Award will be based on the best value to the government. See attached SOW and All Attachments. Email quotes to jessica.d.clark27.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time stated above. The Government will not accept late quotes. The Government will not accept quotes that are partial or incomplete. Provide CAGE code and Lead time on your quote. Vendors must be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). If shipping is not included in the price include a line item for shipping, if applicable. Vendors must ensure that they have received a response within 24 Business hours after quote has been submitted to remain competitive.
