Description

The work performed under this contract will consist of Title I Architect and Engineer Services to provide 35% design level documents to demolish the existing variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system manufactured by LG and replace it with 4-pipe chilled/hot water system at March ARB. The Service Provider shall furnish the personnel, services, equipment, materials, facilities, and other requirements necessary for, and incidental to, the performance of work identified in the Statement of Work.This acquisition will be conducted as a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) utilizing FAR Part 36 procedures for selection of firms for architect-engineer contracts. Interested firms may respond to the forthcoming Request for Qualifications. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 ?Engineering Services? and Product Service Code (PSC) is C223 A-E Mechanical Systems. The size standard is $25.5 Million. The Request for Qualifications Package, along with a Statement of Work and associated documents will be posted on SAM.gov under Contract Opportunities: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 28 July 2025 with a tentative closing date of 13 August 2025. The contract performance period will be 35 days after contract award.All Contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) DoD Database prior to any subsequent award. SAM Registration may be accomplished online at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/. Contractors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a UEI number. Recommend registering immediately in SAM in order to be eligible for timely award. The single source of entry for all documentation pertaining to this acquisition will be https://www.sam.gov.
