Description
Amendment 1: See attached D1. Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Amendment 1) and D1. Solicitation M68450-26-Q-H006 BK27 IPC BLS (Amendment 1) for detail. Required lead time: changed from equal or shorter than 7 days to equal or shorter than 5 days . The rental requirement of room dividers has been removed, and the 5-ton forklift has been replaced by 1-ton forklift. After careful consideration, the contracting officer shortened the required lead time to ensure enough time for quotes evaluation. Thank you very much for your understanding. Questions and Answers: Question 1: Room dividers - what is the preferred height and acceptable minimum/maximum height range? Answer: removed room dividers from the BLS requirement. Question 2: For Material handling equipment (5 Ton forklift), is flight line access needed inside the airport? Answer: Will not be used on flight line. However, the area the forklift will be used in has some trees that cannot be removed, therefore requires 1-ton forklift to work around the trees. Forklift larger than 1-ton forklift will not be technically acceptable. Contractor must provide the fuel necessary for the forklift to operate. Question 3: Forklift hours Does the Operators and equipment need to be available 24 hours on Call? Answer: Operation hours will be limited to 0800-1800. 24-hours on call is not required. Question 4: Hazardous waste what is the Hazardous Waste Generator (HWG) ID? Answer: Unable to provide. The Government Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) currently does not have the answer. Question 5: MHE operations what are the necessary lifting accessories? Answer: Only lifting accessories necessary will be fork extenders, which the government TPOC will provide. Question 6: Summary of the Requirements Generator Fuel - 2 drums x 50gallons 1-ton Forklift Hazmat Collection Room Dividers are removed from the requirement. They are no longer needed.
