Description

The following Area of Interest (AOI) is being issued against Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) announcement N0003925S0001. Pursuant to the N0003925S0001 announcement, this opportunity falls under title 10 U.S.C. 3458. The Government is technology agnostic regarding the hardware implementation and is more focused on the reliability and quality of the data reception. The objective is to identify solutions that can be demonstrated with a prototype within 18 months, and which can deliver the operational data products as defined in the attached AOI. Vendors interested in submitting a response to this AOI must submit their solution brief via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation module link provided in this posting. The Government will not accept emailed submissions. If you have any questions regarding submission, you may contact the Government point of contact identified in the SAM.gov posting/notice. Responses to questions related to this AOI will occur the week of 5 January 2026.
