Description
AMENDMENT 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received for this solicitation and provide a copy of the 5 Aug 2026 site walk sign in sheet. See attachments. AMENDMENT 0001 - Provide a copy of the 19 Aug 2026 Site Walk Sign-in Sheet and provided the question and answer provided from the 19 Aug 2026 site walk. See attachments. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number 36C26126Q0750 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a service-based contract for landscape and grounds maintenance for the VA Central California Health Care Systems (VACCHCS). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730, with a small business size standard of $9.5 Million. This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The anticipated period of performance will consist of a base period with four (4) option years, as identified in the solicitation documents. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular. The full solicitation package, including the Performance Work Statement and attachments, is included with this posting. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for amendments or updates. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Government. Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the attached solicitation. An optional, but strongly encouraged, site visit will be held 5 August 2026, from 10:00am to 11:00am PDT. See Attachment 8 Site Visit Information, for map and POC information.
