Description

This notice serves as an advance notification to contractors identified in the attached contract list regarding the agency s intent to proceed with a phased approach to administratively close identified contracts that expired six or more years ago starting from September 1, 2026. Unilateral contract closeout actions will begin 15 days following the publication of this notice. Contractors who believe that there is a valid reason the agency should not proceed with close-out must contact the point of contact identified in this notice within 15 days of publication of this notice. As part of the agency s contract closeout initiative, additional contract listings will be published approximately every two weeks as we continue our phased administrative closeout process. Contractors are encouraged to monitor future special notices to determine whether any of their contracts have been identified for administrative closeout. POC: Martina White, White.Martina@epa.gov.
