The purpose of this notice is to identify potential vendors, including small businesses, capable of providing services to upgrade 163 Siemens Building Automation System panels for 90 facilities at Moody AFB, GA. Potential vendors must be authorized to work on Siemens equipment in order to maintain warranty considerations. Technical Approach is as follows: - Panels will be reconfigured to obtain IP addresses dynamically from approved DHCP servers. - Network reservations and security controls will be applied where required to maintain governance and tracking. - This model supports centralized updates and rapid compliance with future cybersecurity changes.
