Description

Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for painting in the U.S. Consul General s residence (CGR). If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required sections, and submit to TorontoProcurement@state.gov. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award the contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The United States Consulate General Toronto intends to conduct a pre-proposal site visit on September 9, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The site visit will be held at the residence of the U.S. Consul General in Forest Hill neighborhood of Toronto. Prospective quoters should contact Toronto Procurement at email: torontoprocurement@state.gov to confirm their attendance by 4:00 p.m. EDT on August 31, 2026. Quotations are due by 4:00 p.m. EDT on September 17, 2026. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to TorontoProcurement@state.gov along with all required documents. The submission must be made in Adobe(pdf) file format not to exceed 10MB. If the file size should exceed 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB.
