The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Office of Administrative Services (OAS), has an URGENT requirement to lease 500 additional parking spaces in the West Garage located at 550 Elizabeth Ln. and connected to the USPTO Alexandria Campus at 600 Dulany Street, Alexandria, VA 22314 We have identified LCOR ALEXANDRIA LLC, 400 DULANY ST, ALEXANDRIA, VA 22314-5773. The USPTO has existing arrangements with other parking facilities near or connected to the campus which are already at capacity. The sole remaining parking facility connected to the campus, has the required number of additional spaces needed and at a cost determined to be reasonable.
