NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: IAW FAR 5.101 this notice is to advise the public that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO15) intends to award a one-time purchase, sole source firm fixed price contract pursuant to: - RFO 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The St. Louis VA Medical Center, John Cochran Division, is requesting to establish a Base+2 Option Period service contract for maintenance and repair on Steris Surgical Lighting System.
