Supply of Multi-Purpose Vans for DS-LGF Jakarta

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to obtain Low Multi-Purpose Van 7 seaters Toyota Avanza/Hyundai Stargazer or Equivalent for U.S. Embassy Jakarta, Indonesia. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section-3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form SF-1449 that follows this letter. As required by U.S. Government s federal acquisition regulation (FAR), for Procurement of $40,000 or above, prospective offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database on SAM.gov. Please the prospective offerors register in SAM.gov prior to submitting quotations/proposals. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. All requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing via E-mail to JakartaPCUBidding@state.gov by 1600 hrs. (Jakarta Time) July 24, 2026.
