Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. All quotes provided shall be marked Quote current until 30 September 2026. This solicitation, W50S7T-26-Q-A010 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is being posted as other than full and open, with a brand name requirement for Simplex (Johnson Controls) systems. The brand name justification will be posted with the solicitation. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference and may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov . All clauses and provisions please see attached solicitation. The Government intends to award one (1) award to one (1) contractor. The awarded Purchase Order (PO) shall be awarded with a one (1) year period of performance from 30 September 2026 to 29 September 2027. There will be an optional site visit 18 August 2026 at 1:00PM Central Daylight Time at the Peoria Air National Guard Base, Peoria Illinois. (ii) Requirement Line Items: Line Item 0001 -Node 1- B536 CERFP Remove and replace existing fire alarm control panel (FACP). Install ethernet compatible communications package that will be compatible with COINv3 standards to develop an infrastructure that meets current reporting requirements. Replace existing initiating devices with addressable devices, compatible with the new system Tie in existing Mass Notification Warning System (MNWS). All units will be installed, programmed and tested to ensure functionality and reporting back to the central stations located in B541 and B636. Line Item 0002 - Node 3 - B636 Security Forces Remove and replace existing fire alarm control panel (FACP). Install ethernet compatible communications package that will be compatible with COINv3 standards to develop an infrastructure that meets current reporting requirements. Replace existing initiating devices with addressable devices, compatible with the new system Tie in existing Mass Notification Warning System (MNWS). All units will be installed, programmed and tested to ensure functionality and reporting back to the central stations located in B541 and B636. Line Item 0003 - Node 4 - B730 Engine Shop Remove and replace existing fire alarm control panel (FACP). Install ethernet compatible communications package that will be compatible with COINv3 standards to develop an infrastructure that meets current reporting requirements. Replace existing initiating devices with addressable devices, compatible with the new system Tie in existing Mass Notification Warning System (MNWS). All units will be installed, programmed and tested to ensure functionality and reporting back to the central stations located in B541 and B636. Line Item 0004- Node 5 - B830 Avionics Remove and replace existing fire alarm control panel (FACP). Install ethernet compatible communications package that will be compatible with COINv3 standards to develop an infrastructure that meets current reporting requirements. Replace existing initiating devices with addressable devices, compatible with the new system. Tie in existing Mass Notification Warning System (MNWS). All units will be installed, programmed and tested to ensure functionality and reporting back to the central stations located in B541 and B636. Line Item 0005- Node 6 - B834 AGE- Remove and replace existing fire alarm control panel (FACP). Install ethernet compatible communications package that will be compatible with COINv3 standards to develop an infrastructure that meets current reporting requirements. Replace existing initiating devices with addressable devices, compatible with the new system Tie in existing Mass Notification Warning System (MNWS). All units will be installed, programmed and tested to ensure functionality and reporting back to the central stations located in B541 and B636. CLIN 0006 Node 7 - B530 POL Complex- Remove and replace existing fire alarm control panel (FACP). Install ethernet compatible communications package that will be compatible with COINv3 standards to develop an infrastructure that meets current reporting requirements. Replace existing initiating devices with addressable devices, compatible with the new system Tie in existing Mass Notification Warning System (MNWS). All units will be installed, programmed and tested to ensure functionality and reporting back to the central stations located in B541 and B636. CLIN 0007 Node 8 - B728 Base Supply- Remove and replace existing fire alarm control panel (FACP). Install ethernet compatible communications package that will be compatible with COINv3 standards to develop an infrastructure that meets current reporting requirements. Replace existing initiating devices with addressable devices, compatible with the new system. Tie in existing Mass Notification Warning System (MNWS). All units will be installed, programmed and tested to ensure functionality and reporting back to the central stations located in B541 and B636. CLIN 0008 Node 9 - B280 Munitions- Remove and replace existing fire alarm control panel (FACP). Install ethernet compatible communications package that will be compatible with COINv3 standards to develop an infrastructure that meets current reporting requirements. Replace existing initiating devices with addressable devices, compatible with the new system Tie in existing Mass Notification Warning System (MNWS). All units will be installed, programmed and tested to ensure functionality and reporting back to the central stations located in B541 and B636. CLIN 0009 Node 10 - B836 Aerial Port- Remove and replace existing fire alarm control panel (FACP). Install ethernet compatible communications package that will be compatible with COINv3 standards to develop an infrastructure that meets current reporting requirements. Tie in existing Very Early Warning Smoke Detection system (VESDA) Tie in existing communications vault suppression / detection system. All units will be installed, programmed and tested to ensure functionality and reporting back to the central stations located in B541 and B636 CLIN 0012 Node 13 - B620 Recruiting- Install ethernet compatible communications package to recently installed FACP that will be compatible with COINv3 standards to develop an infrastructure that meets current reporting requirements. Upgrade existing addressable devices compatible with the new system Tie in existing Mass Notification Warning System (MNWS). All units will be installed, programmed and tested to ensure functionality and reporting back to the central stations located in B541 and B636. CLIN 0013 Node 14 - B820 Vehicle Maintenance- Remove and replace existing fire alarm control panel (FACP).Install ethernet compatible communications package that will be compatible with COINv3 standards to develop an infrastructure that meets current reporting requirements.
