Description
The Federal Aviation Administration is conducting a Market Survey to improve the Government's understanding of the current marketplace and to identify capable sources. Interested sources must respond with information to confirm evidence of their qualifications and capabilities. This survey is being conducted in accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Section 3.2.1.2.1. This survey will support market research obtained from multiple sources and will be utilized for planning purposes only. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). No solicitation is available at this time. The purpose of this market research is to identify potential qualified small businesses (including 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses) capable of providing consolidated, multi-facility janitorial services. The feedback received will contribute to determining the method of procurement and small business set-aside strategy. The Government is under no obligation to award a contract based on this announcement, nor will it reimburse respondents for any costs incurred. Note: The FAR references cited in SAM.gov are not applicable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS). (Subject to change at the discretion of the Government.) General Scope of Work (SOW) / Project Description: The Government requires a consolidated, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for comprehensive janitorial services for six (6) federal facility locations in Salt Lake City, UT. Please see attached Scope of Work and Frequncy charts for all locations. NOTE: The sq. footage for each location is listed on the Frequency Charts. SLC ATCT SLC TRACON ZLC ARTCC NEMC Office Space Child Care Facility NCE Office Space This requirement is subject to the Department of labor s (DOL) Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) Wage Determination for the various locations. The primary NAICS Code is 561720; jantorial services with a size standard of $22M. Submission/Response Details: A reponse to this Sources Sought is due, Friday, June 30, 2026 at 1:00 pm MST. Please send an e-mail to Kristen.moran@faa.gov and in the e-mail please provdide the following information: 1. Company name, address, phone, email address, and point of contact 2. Company UEI 3. Business size status: 8(a), Small Business, SDVOSB, etc. 4. Verification of active registration in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) 5. Capability Statement not to exceed two (2) pages to include the company s experience, knowledge, and past performance history related to landscaping/snow removal services. Font shall not be smaller than 12-point. The capability statement should address the following items: Capability of contractor to have sufficient experience, expertise, insurance and certifications to provide janitorial services for ALL facilities listed above. Evidence of current and/or past experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, and dollar amounts, points of contact and phone numbers.
