Current Acquisition Posture – This requirement is currently performed under an existing contract awarded through the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program expiring on March 31, 2027. In accordance with the Small Business Act and federal acquisition regulations, the Government is primarily surveying the market to identify qualified and capable SBA-certified 8(a) small business concerns (including 8(a) single-entity, tribally-owned, ANC, or NHO participants) to assess whether a follow-on sole-source award or competitive 8(a) set-aside is the appropriate acquisition strategy. II Summary Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, supplies, and quality control necessary to deliver comprehensive custodial and janitorial services at MCB Quantico facilities.
