Description

Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, labor, quality assurance, and supervision for renovations resulting in a complete, compliant, and fully-functional project as described throughout the contract documents including the drawings and specifications. The purpose of this project is to enable complete and compliant isolation and de-energization of the steam supply and condensate return connections using a double block and bleed valve assembly at each entry and exit point of each of the 25 listed buildings.
