THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB). It is published solely for information and planning purposes as part of government market research under FAR Part 10. This announcement does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in responding to this Sources Sought; all costs associated with responding will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential responders to monitor this site for additional information. The 25 ATKW at Shaw AFB is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing continuous uninterrupted Tier II/III mainteance, operations, and programming for specialized Video Teleconferencing systems. Interested parties who believe they have the capability to perform these services are invited to submit a Capability Statement. Submissions must be formatted in a searchable PDF and must not exceed [Insert Page Limit, e.g., 5] pages (excluding a standard 1-page cover letter). Your response must include the following information: 1. Company Profile & Administrative Data Company Legal Name & Physical Address Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) & CAGE Code Point of Contact (POC): Name, Title, Phone Number, and Email Address Business Size Standard: State whether your firm is Large or Small under NAICS [Insert NAICS]. Socio-Economic Certifications: If applicable, indicate if your firm is certified as: 8(a) Business Development Program Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB / EDWOSB) Contract Vehicles: List any active GSA schedules, GWACs, or IDIQs your firm holds that could facilitate this procurement. 2. Technical Capabilities Narrative Please provide a brief, tailored narrative demonstrating your firm's technical capability to execute the requirements outlined in the DRAFT Statement of Work 3. Relevant Past Performance Identify up to three (3) projects of similar size, scope, and complexity executed within the last three (3) years. For each project, provide: Contracting Agency / Customer Contract/Task Order Number Total Contract Value Brief description of the work performed and how it directly relates to this requirement.
